Points taken away on squad battles and division rivals

Dear EA,

 

I had elite 2 on squad battles but then I suddenly went down to gold 1. Also I got rank 1 on division rivals but then it went down to rank 2, these happened on different occasions, I was hoping that you could give me the rewards I missed out on.

Hi there, @Torakadin.

 

Your placement in these modes is fluid. When other players surpass your rank, it pushes yours down. You'll just need to keep playing to raise your rank higher.
