Freezing

This is a joke. My game freezes all the time. Cost me elite 2 in wl. Now stuck in rivals. When opp pauses the game or right at the end of the game, gets stuck panning the stadium

ea chat no help at all. Before anyone asks, ive done the troubleshooting steps
