Constantly DC's from servers

Since Friday I've been getting DC'd a lot and I don't know why, I contacted my ISP and they said everything was fine on their end. I went here and got these results (also did another one but they were basically the same). Are these issues being caused by packet loss? Is there anything I can do to fix it?

I'm not sure I get the last part of your answer. I play on wired, and to test it I also used a wired connection on my laptop.

Hi there, @arthurbf42.

Packet loss would be the culprit here. You're getting a very high amount of it. Do you play on a wired or wireless connection? Also, was this test run on the same connection you play on? If you play wired, it should be run on the wireless connection you use. If you play on wired, it should be run on the same wireless connection you play on. Thanks!
