FUT CHAMPS Froze on Deciding Game and gave me a loss after I had won
My game Froze after a 2-0 win in my last FUT Champs Game and i'm absolutely fuming as this win should have taken me to Gold 3, however it went down as a loss. Meaning I stayed at Silver 1. The final whistle blew, the game started to freeze with the sub players starting to strangely walk on the pitch and then nothing, I tried to press start but it came up the opponent had cued a pause and then just froze with me not able to do anything for ten mins, I then restarted the game and it came up as a loss. I've just lost all the rewards I should've had and this just feels so unfair. I don't have a great team and don't put a ton of money onto my account like others so these rewards would've really helped. I've attached some screenshots showing what happened i'd really appreciate it if i could get this win back, as I won and deserve the rewards i'm now not going to get.

Getting this at end of a game when i win on weekend league , 3 games out of 6 so far this weekend , i win, game ends i get the above on screen , i get dc from fut , log back in i get a dnf screen and a lose. I just dont get how this is happening and why

Once more I find myself either talking to a robot or someone who is sending generic almost scripted responses barely relating to the issues I have. My question is has EA Support ever actually helped anyone? And is it likely any issue I post on here will be read or resolved by anyone with any clout within EA? I had to leave the chat after 10 mins of me explaining the problem and this robot with a human name replying with no relevance to my points and no actual support.

Had the same thing happen, 17 wins with 2 games left. After winning at full time an advancing the game disconnected and when logged back in said I was still 17 wins with 1 left. Would like to get that 18th win as I miss out on a player pick
