Hi there i just brought my Fifa 20 Switch game, however i am unable to connect online. Which i have check with my network wifi signal or connectivity by  going online with other games which is fine. The fifa 20 say

" You have lost your connection to the network or to the EA severs. Please check your network connection. You will be unable to access any online features until you reconnect to the EA servers again. See ea.com/unable-to-connect for additional information."

I have try to solve wifi signal and connection which is fine but not sure why cant connect online. Could you please  help me
