Rewards claimed in Fifa 20 companion dissapeared

Hello,

I claimed the squad battle rewards from this week using fifa companion, however, when I enter again in the app, these simply dissapeared (coins + packs). I tried to check also in Fifa game (Xbox one) and they're simply gone.

Is there anyway I can recover the rewards?
