Preorder pack disappeared

Was saving my rare gold pack I got from preordering on the Xbox, but when I completed the futmas mega pack SBC on the companion app and went to the store, it had gotten rid of the pack I had completely. Anyone know a fix for this or why it happened?

If you don't open your pack each week, it is forfeited and replaced on Monday with the next pack. You can read about this here: https://www.ea.com/games/fifa/fifa-20/fifa-20-game-and-offer-disclaimers. Thanks!
