I have been playing Fifa for many years now and have invested lots of time and even money.

It has come to my attention that the servers have been getting worse and worse in the past few weeks. I've been playing weekend league and was disconnected in each of my first 3 games with the message saying, "You Have lost connection to the EA servers" I obviously reported this to EA Help and got some feedback to connect my wifi directly to my console. After doing this I kept on getting disconnected and got the exact same message as before when I was winning games in the weekend league 3-0. I tried to get some help again and got the same exact advice.

I'm sure many of you have also had this happen recently, however, I have also had draft tokens taken away from me, packs from season objectives not showing in the store, but always the same feedback comes from the EA customer service.

I feel like it is time to implement a new service where we are rewarded with either games back, which have been lost due to being disconnected or packs as compensation as there is not much us gamers can do other than listen to the useless tips we are given (troubleshooting).
