Cant change my email adres

Hello  

 

When i try to log in to online like ultimate team. Then i can choose between an email adres and the authenticator. But the email adres is not mine and i cant change in the game. And any authenticator is asking for a code or a barcode but there isnt any.  

Can you please help with this
