FIFA20 Companion is NOT Working

Hello guys,

I own FIFA18, 19 and 20 on Nintendo Switch. Inside Fifa20 it says I am connected with this profile, but my app FIFA20 Companion doesnt work and it ask to open mu FIFA20 (that is open).

 

How can I make my FIFA20 Companion app to work ???
