How to link new EA Account

When I was younger, I made a ps4 account when I got it with Fifa and I made an origin account unconsciously and now I can’t sign into the origin account because I used a non-existent email. Now I made a new account thinking I could just link this one to my ps4 and keep my FUT and career mode progress and all that. Is that possible or am I screwed forever.
