hello everyone, yesterday i bought fifa 20 and  today i played some games... this game is an absolute joke, is the same fifa since fifa 16.. you just update the squads, kits, etc.. played like 3 games in a row and i've met 3 cheaters, this is unacceptable, i tried to refund but says: You don't have any games that qualify for a refund right now. 

how is that? yesterday i bought this game and today i played it, tell me what can i do to refund.. i'm out of rage and i've made a lot of grammar mistakes but i dont care, refund me or im gonna sue you for scam

Games a * joke man , you shouldn’t have bought it, 

I consistently have bad gameplay, slow ,sluggish players like they running in sand, players are dumb * running like they’ve never played before , whilst opponents teams are fast responsive,absolute idiots at ea they talk a tonne of *,

never will I buy another ea game

If you purchased the game on Origin @fourtwenty9 then you can apply for a refund using the info in this help article: https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/returns-and-cancellations/

 

If you purchased the game elsewhere then you will need to speak with the retailer.
