To people that got hacked
How long have you guys waited for your coins? Was it like a month or few days, I dont want to ask Ea supporter on Live chat cause he'll say that i have to wait and he will put me back in the of the queue, and EA supporter here told me to basically do nothing, so I am asking you all that got hacked, how long have you waited?

I had the same situation (lost coins, players, and found some players on the quick sell section). Contacted EA help, (on 18 March) and they said that in several days i will get my stuff back (will receive an email from them with further instructions).
Yesterday (on 20 March) i received an ingame message saying that my stuff is in packs. (i don't know for sure if i received packs -> i was saving packs and don't know the numbers/types of each pack). The ideea was that nothing from the missing stuff was there (not players, not coins, and the players from quick sell section were still there)
I don't know what to do next, i also messaged EA Help on Twitter but received no answer yet.
Most likely i will wait till Monday/Thursday and resume my case from ea.help (that ingame message confused me alot)

If I resume my case on the live chat, will my case get placed at the end of the queue? I dont know if my case is close to getting solved, or should I resume it and try getting my coins back quicker.

Missing content cases take some time unfortunately as they go to a dedicated team to resolve them. We have no visibility into their queue, I can only see that your case is with the right people to resolve it.
