My Ultimate Team Account does not open in fifa with my EA account.

Hi;

When I log into my ea account on fifa 20 in my newly opened psn account, the Ultimate Team does not come to my staff, it forces me to create a new team.

I can't see 20k fifa point and my team. I expect support from you regarding this.
