Disconnected at end of FUT champs match
Hey guys,
So I was playing my weekend league games and managed to win a game in the normal 90minutes.
At the end of the game when I pressed advanced it disconnected me from the already completed match and didn’t show up as a win and instead counted as a loss within my 30 games! I ended up finishing with 16 wins so I was one game short of getting gold 2 which I would’ve got if this hadn’t glitched out! I have the date time and everything so is there any chance this can get fixed?! Am devastated if this glitch keeps me back a rank

I understand.
What I don’t understand is how I can win the game and then have the win not counted as a loss, it’s determined by multiple factors you say but I don’t get what factors would determine that once I’ve won the game it’s then recorded it as a loss.
Very frustrating the game is glitching like this so far into the year.

Hi @LiamJehu21,
If your game session is interrupted the game will determine based on several factors whether the game is recorded as a win, loss or if it's replayed as if it never happened. This process is entirely automated and we have no sway over its outcome I'm afraid.
