Unplayable game. Absolutely ridiculous. Just an example from my final game this weekend. Lost 3-2 to a clear and obvious OFFSIDE goal. Got it documented. And dont tell me to open gates etc. have done all that. The gameplay is just insanely bad. I want my money back!!!!!

PS your customer service is the absolute worst. What is this: "No channel available" or "Chat with us" (IMPOSSIBLE).
