FIFA download bug

Hello,

I just purchased the FIFA 20 ultimate edition due to PS4 store April’s discounts but when I am trying to download the ultimate content I can’t...instead of that I got access on standard edition and I can download only standard edition..what’s should I do to download ultimate edition ? Here is the market proof that I’ve purchased the ultimate edition
