I've an xbox S controller, but when i play sessional online games, my controller is not detected but instead of my keyboard?

I tried most of the ways to make my controller working for these game modes, but no luck so far? Have any idea why this is happening? Although the menu screen are showing my xbox controller scheme, but i can't make it work for this game mode.

For ultimate team game mode, everytime i play, i have to choose my controller as the control, otherwise, the keyboard and mouse will be picked as default, but in session online mode, i can't pick my controller ... seem weird to me
