Everytime I try to log into my FIFA 20!account to play fut the message says 

“unable to connect to ea servers at this time. Please check your network connection or try again later. See ea.com/unable-to-connect for additional information”.

I’ve tried trouble shooting, I’ve checked my network and the message also comes up on FIFA 18. 
the discs where purchased at eb games so there is nothing wrong with the licensing.

However and ea person said I need to somehow link my account with something.

can somebody help me, so I can play FIFA online.
