FIFA 20 crashes after "checking connection" screen

I try to start FIFA 20 but as soon as the screen reaches 'checking connection', the game crashes without an error report. However, if I do press 'cancel', I am able to play offline and manager mode. But as soon as I try to play FUT, it serches for connection again and then crashes just like before, without any error. 

I am so fed up and tired, have switched networks as well. Can someone please help.

Having the same issue every time, also fed up now. Guess wont be able to play the game after all. Disappointed.

@Pillpopper11 Not showing any issues at the moment on our side. I would suggest taking a look at our Connection troubleshooting steps which you can find here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/

If those steps don't resolve the issue please run the UO trace in these steps http://bit.ly/EA_UOTrace under "Test Your Connection" and post the results so we can determine the cause of the connection problem.
