Verification Code / wrong email n dropdown

Downloaded FIFA 20. now requesting Verification Code but drop down only has an email address that is not mine!! How do I get in touch with someone at EA sport to fix this problem. This was a $50 game that I want fixed! I want to speak with someone on the phone to work thru issue!
