Origin messed up and EA refuses to help
So, all begins one month ago, I've played since fifa 10 on the playstation, but when Origin Access offered me to test the game (10 hours), I of course did, and when it expired (one day later) I bought the champions edetion of the game, but now Origin Access expired, like the free month, so it would kick me out of the game any time I would try to connect to the EA servers, and for the last 4 days I've talked to the EA support for more than 8 hours in total, and even their said expert on troubleshooting said the issue was that Origin itself (server) was colliding the test and full game versions, so it's a problem on their end, and now I can't even play, and they freezed my support and won't let me enter in contact with then. So I don't know what to do.
I've one of the many screenshots that shows then admiting the issue is on their end, and yesterday I asked for a refund, but they refused to give it to me, or even exchange the game for another (like star wars or something), so I have my hands tied.
