FIFA 20 Verification
FIFA 20 is asking me to verify an email I no longer have access to. I have since updated my EA account to my current email address (which is verified), but that doesn't seem to help...
I have filled out the form twice with my IP address, recent purchases etc. I don't know why verification can't just be sent to the email address that's associated with my EA account.
At the moment it looks like the answer is I can just never play FIFA online again... Help?

Hi,
I've done this twice; I get an automated email and the case is closed - please see attachments.
This problem is happening to so many people, and there does not seem to be a fix for it.
EA have verified my current email address - what is the point of this if not for this exact situation?

To recover this account I'd like to ask you to do the following for me:
1. Go to http://help.ea.com/account-recovery/web-form
2. Fill in the requested information in the text fields.
3. Make sure the email you provide is one you have access to, we will be communicating with you here.
4. Click the Email Us option after you've filled out the form and an advisor will reach out to you with the next steps.
