Error to open FIFA 20 on PC

Today i installed FIFA 20 on my PC, but the game don't ran. When i click on Play, a black windows as open and soon close. 

What i should to do ?

I had update my Windows and features, but the bug continue.

Hi @Jonspadeto,

Can you ensure you have all available Windows updates installed and let me know if this persists?

Also, disabling programs like MSI Afterburner/ Geforce Experience can prevent this from happening as well.
