On Friday February 21st my friend discarded my IF Mbappe and at no point over the following 7 days did the card appear in my quick sell recovery tool. I’ve not used the function before so still had my 5 recoveries. I’ve contacted ea help via live chat and phone call daily since and no one is giving me any useful information just that ‘the studio team is working on this issue’ could somebody advise me my best next steps as I’ve lost the majority of my coins through an error at EAs end. Thanks 

TL;DR quick sell recovery issue- Mbappe quick sold couldn’t recover. 11 days later no solution or help
