Ea support is amateur / Hacked account
Hello, everyone.
I want to express my impressions and the work of the EA team and the support of the FIFA Ultimate Team.
On 12/02/2020 my account was hacked, my dear and rare football players were stolen including one icon and 400,000 coins.
I contacted the team, followed every single step, spoke on the phone several times to explain the case, several times live chat.I
Last week, I didn't answer them and they told me they were working on the problem and soon everything would be ok.
last week there was no development.
development came yesterday 25 days later, with an email that read : "Unfortunately, we are unable to verify any lost in-game assets and cannot grant you any compensation."
FIFA is a game I have been playing for over 10 years, I have invested time and money in it, and I stop using games created by them.
They are a company that cannot protect its customers, a company that has gathered a group of amateurs into its offices.
I provided logins from logging in to my account from different addresses than mine.
But nothing and nothing just told me to drink cold water.
I am very disappointed with them !!!
People be careful not to waste your time, nerves and money for their business !!!
