Personal settings failed to load 1 on fifa 20

been in a chat with xbox gamer and done everything he asked, he told me to come onto here. i have deleted my account and added it again, re installed it, re set xbox. Still not working, bought off xbox store. Anyone know if i can get a refund as it doesnt look like im going to be able to fix it.

Hi @mattnelson97,

If you highlight FIFA on the dashboard and then hit the Start button and select Manage Game you should see an option on the left that says Saved Data, select that and then select your gamertag to delete the local data from the console only.

Make sure you're only deleting it from the console and not from everywhere or you'll lose that save permanently.

After that just load FIFA and it should be good to go.
