About fifa 20 and directx 11

My problem with fifa 20 is when I try to add the game to my amd radeon graphic card instead of intel card the game says "you dont meet the minimum specificitians. Your GPU radeon doesnt support directx 11". but it actually supports directx 12 and so dx11 accordingly. also this card carried up fifa 20 demo very well. So what is the solution ??

Gotcha, can you try these steps https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/pc/pc-graphics-troubleshooting/#updatedrivers to ensure you have the latest drivers installed and let me know if that helps?
