apparently this is where you go to make complaints as the live chat team aren't interested neither are social media.  

FIFA20 is without a shadow of a doubt awful.  Gameplay, doesn't know the rules of the game, unrealistic, you can really tell this is made by people who do not know what football is.

The complaint is now against EA and its social media team on Twitter, for 6 months they have ignored every single message/tweet to them asking for help.  Log on to the live chat who say to keep trying with them as they refuse to acknowledge the complaint.  They do not want to hear that they are terrible at service and would rather end the chat, making the situation worse, than actually take time out to fix the issue.

I have been refused an email address to send them a bill of my time wasted by sending continuing messages to get issues resolved for the last 6 months.

Terrible service, terrible game! would not be recommending in the future.  You will be receiving a bill one way or another so I suggest you get a move on and reply to this odd way of making a complaint.
