Hi. I have already spoken to someone via chat and they said nothing could be done. I'm trying one last time because I'm not sure I made it clear that it wasn't my fault, it was the app freezing. I was looking through my red player picks and I had a choice of Firmino and Sancho. I wanted Firmino but while I was looking at Sancho, the app froze. When I restarted it had selected Sancho! I'm about as devasted as can be over a video game. Is there really nothing that can be done? I thought I could quick sell sancho and get Firmino put on my account. Red or just the IF. Is there really absolutely nothing that can be done since this wasn't even my fault? Thanks.
