Fifa 20 ps4 disc won’t install

Hey I purchased fifa 20 last week for an Easter present and the game won’t work, wondering if you guys have had other people with same problem? It goes to install from the disc and get about 2.1 gig through installing then says it won’t work, iv tried about 10 times deleting it and downloading again but always get to around 2.1gig and stops, Sony seems to get louder with noises when trying to install, anyone else had this problem?

The exact same thing has happened to me when I try and install the game it gets to 2.1GB and then gets stuck and after a while of being stuck an error message appears, I hope they fix this quickly, it's so annoying

@Bransden_Mackie Did you try just to install the game first then the update? Sometimes in the middle of installation an update message pops up and asks if you want to install it.
Try this, log into your console, set your account to offline, then install the game. When it has finished install the update.
