No longer have access to the email associated with EA Servers.
I have tried to discuss this issue with three or four online customer support reps already and I even submitted a webform for a new case. I just bought this game yesterday and I'm trying to get connected to the EA servers, but the email account that's associated with I no longer have access to. I just want to switch email addresses so that I can play the game online. Since I no longer have access to that email, the customer service reps told me to submit a webform for a new case, which I did. I waited a whole day and was told that they could not verify the information I submitted. I'm more than happy to submit another form, but I cannot find it on the EA Help website. When I used the online chat service for help they sent me a link which redirected me to the same EA help page that I was on. The only suggest option they gave me was to get a call. I submitted my information for a call as well. Now I can't even chat with a representative using the online chat because it isn't the suggested option. This has been THE MOST convoluted and frustrating customer help service I've ever tried. Can someone please help me? I BOUGHT this game and now I can't even play it because no one can help me with, with what I believe is a simple issue.
Where is the webform to fill out a new case to contact a Specialist?
