Disconnected from the servers after a Fut champions win!
Hi Ea,
im not sure how to complain or if these is an official complaint that can be made about this.
but on my latest game i was disconnected from the servers after a win. I was watching the replays ( match highlights) after my 2-1 win then was somehow disconnected from the servers. Can you please let me know what can be done about this as i did not want this complaint to be lost in the forums? Could you also notify me on how i can possibly get in contact with Ea about any such matters as it seems speaking in forums is the only way to get in contact regarding any issues.

Yep. Me too. 2 wins in a row on fut champs and disconnected after the final whistle.
Went down as a loss.
Either give me my wins, or fix it.

I actually had the same problem as well ! I was in the middle of the game and suddenly the game's server shut down. Enforcing me to leave Fut, then counted as loss?!! How is that? I want to to be informed how to get contact with Ea too

thanks for the response.
it does seems as though any interruption during games online result in a loss, wether that be by fault of the the person or not. This has definitely been an ongoing issue i seem to be having.
are there not any rewards you can get for when issues like this occur?
its bad enough the amount of money spent on the game itself, for this to be happening and nothing done about it.

Hi @Maca_880,
If your game session is interrupted the game will determine based on several factors whether the game is recorded as a win, loss or if it's replayed as if it never happened. This process is entirely automated and we have no sway over its outcome I'm afraid.
That being said, your feedback has been forwarded to the FIFA team.
