Transfer market ban - TOS?
Hi good day, i emailed TOS with regards to my case and haven’t received word back from them as of yet it was on Thursday that i filled in the form.
Now when i try check on my case it says the page is down and something about calling tech support?
how can i get in contact with support another way?
I’m from south africa btw.

Hi,
unfortunately you wont get unbanned.
I got banned, too. But I never did something against the rules.
You will get a standard answer from the service team, that they proofed your case and they can't unban you.
It's a very bad customer service.

Hey there! The absolute quickest way is to check EAHelp on Twitter. That being said, the forum is also a great place to highlight & provide information about issues, particularly application bugs. Remember - Offices are closed during the Weekend.
If you can't contact EAHelp on Twitter you also can try to reach them on Facebook. Due to the current situation EA has limited its Support. Therefore it takes longer than usually. But every case will still get attention and taken care of as soon as possible. So I ask you for a little bit more patience.
