Account Hacked, Empty Club
So I woke up to my whole club being completely empty. I’ve been on the phone with one of your workers for 2 hours, but she wasn’t able to help me at all. All tradeables were sold and all untradeables were quick sold. I immediately changed my password and secured my account. I was able to see in the activity log that somebody, who does not live in my city was on my account. I lost everything and whoever hacked or accessed my account was clever enough to use up all of my quick sell recoveries. I believe it is important to say that I am very careful with my accounts and don’t pass any account details on to anybody else. I’ve been playing Fifa 20 since it came out pretty much everyday and put A LOT of time, energy, and effort into it and to see it all gone is very frustrating. I wish EA would be able to help me properly and not just tell me to change the password, as all i have been working towards is now gone and I want to get that back what I lost.
