I just recieved a message for EA telling that my acc was banned from using the transfer market on the companion apps, eighter mobile or pc. They acuse me of using bots to get coins faster and that i'm harming other players because of that. It's a false acusation because i would never do that, i come to the app 5 to 6 times a day to make transfers legitely and i´m not doing nothing illegal, also they say that i missed many captchas to check that i'm human, the loggin page doesn't have captcha option, you can check that on the picture attatched to this comentary. How can i get unbaned for being worngfully accused of illegal actions that i didn't do??
