I sold Mbappe, Varane and Lewandowski and got no coins in return.

I bought Rare Gold Mbappe and Headliner Lewandowski in late December (23) and late January (27) respectively. On February 2nd I listed and sold both players on the Transfer List and got no coins back. I have contacted EA support multiple times and they claim that there are no logs proving my sales and purchases. One of the agents told me my case would be given to a specialist team, no such thing happened.
