I believe there is a technical issue with rewards and packs. Further more this is to comment on the experiences I’ve had playing this game that I believe should be addressed.

firstly the pack,

time and time again the rewards and the packs carry no weight. Please re * your machine learning algorithm to allow better players in these packs and red picks.

please speak with your developers as for even myself the last 3 weeks have been shocking.  I also opened 200 packs (mega, primes, players packs etc) during the first PL totssf and I had received none of the totssf PL player. This goes to show that there is a hoax in your system as I am sure many others have experienced the same please sort this out. The reason rewards is an issue is because of the amount of time people put in this game like squad battles is over 8 hrs of gameplay for top 100 

weekend league is around the same 

division rivals is a daily event 

please understand that people put time and money into this game and receive nothing back. The reason I titled this ea v the world is because it feels like that. 

i tired of playing WL and not being able to gain a really good player, I am at the point of not playing this game anymore and the next fifa 21 because of this rewards are just like this then what is the time point of putting time which is far more valuable than anything. 

please pass this to the head/director of development to allow their developers to make packs more rewarding. 

secondly 

There is an issue with squad battles as my connection with the severs always disconnects after I play the 4/5th game. I am on wired connection this usually happens around the 60th-90th minute mark. 

I would like to see if instead of giving the losses if you could wipe the game so it wouldn’t count as a loss and we could restart when this sort of this happens.
