Disable account and no answer from EA help team
Hi colleagues,
I was happened approx. 11.04.2020 0:15 CET.
My account was disabled and I didn't receive any mail - NOTHING!
But the situation of this was very funny - switch off console -> go sleep -> in the morning receive this message on console.
Start few tickets for that and already 5 days didn't receive any kind of reply.
On ticket they close like duplicate without any explanation inside.
And another ticket every day UPDATED by I think Service stuff.
But again - NO ANY Feedback to me WHY THEY DISABLE MY ACCOUNT.
In attachment you can see also have they update it.
So maybe because of this problem with servers during this days EA was hacked and they can't do anything with my data.
Somebody have this issue also?
