So I've been playing Fifa 20 since the launch on 28.September and early on webapp, I've been playing this game since 09 when I played it on my computer with my friends from school, that's the earliest memory I have of Fifa.

Back to topic I went to bed last night with around 23 players listed for lazy buyers and 77 players on my transfer-list all investments I was going to sell on thursday, I've spent over 1000 dollars on this years Fifa and I know I might have a problem spending to much but I love the game and this year is probably one of the best games they've released, atleast content wise. But as I said I went to bed at 12pm GMT+1 and set my alarm clock at 04am to wake up and relist my listings then to go back to bed again, I woke up that night as planned to see that someone kept logging back into my psn so I had to battle with this guy logging off and on for minutes when I changed my psn password from my mobile while I was keeping this guy distracted when I finally got to change my password and got into my FUT I had 23 players still selling but my other 77 was gone, I also had over 1,5k players in my club just to see that I now had about 1,477, that's when it hit me that someone had been on my account and sold all my players and transferring the coins to somewhere else as I had a bought Veron (86 icon) on my transfer targets for the price of 607k on bid, it was then obvious what has happend and I caught the guy in the middle of his action, I then went to live-chat on ea's websites and sat down and talked with a guy Rajat who was very helpful and nice so I got nothing against him, but we sat and talked for over 1 hour in this live chat, he helped me resecure my account etc, and he helped me check when my players been sold and everything and he clearly saw that someone had taken all my hard work for the past 2 months and offered to help me get my cards back, when we were done talking he was about to get my cards back he said when something changed, he said that someone from the dedicated squad had told him that my account wasn't breached and that I was not to get my items which was taken from me because he meant that nobody, hear what im saying now, he said "nobody had been on my account at that time" but clearly over 100+ players in my club had been undercut listed to get coins asap and transfer them even buying icons for double their value that I now have in my club, if you've read to this point thank you for listening and sorry for my poor English, but here comes my question

What can I do to get my items back as it must be some way to get it back?

As said previously in my compose I've used over 1000 dollars in this game and this have never happen to me going back to Fifa 11 when I started playing this game a lot, and there must be a way to get my items back, I even asked if we could find the account that the coins had been transferred too and get the ones responsibile banned for this action, as the hacker probably has millions of coins and selling them on websites, If I would to go use 1000 dollars on a coins site I could get around the likes of 10 million coins, but I am not buying from coin sites as I am a Fifa member and I support the people who make this game but I cannot believe that nothing can be done here to help me in this situation.
