Child Account unable to load actual squad
Hi Community,
my son has a family account at PSN. I can't create an EA-Account for him so he is unable to load the actual squad or use EA Ultimate Teams. Does anyone know how to configure this correctly?

i tried it before i posted my Problem. It says:
Account Ineligible
We're sorry, but your EA account or your account for PSN is not eligible.
Click the button below to logout your account for PSN.
Thx for your answer!
It is a family account for my son on PSN...is that the problem?
