Hello to everyone,first of all forgive me for my grammar.

I wan't to tell my story to take CAUTION every other newbie as me

A week ago I decided to do my first FUT club over FIFA 20.

On my first packs I regard PELE 95 CAM (of course iI felt so excited) but after some games,

I had a warning that I cannot play anymore games due to contract expiration.

As newbie i didn't know  that player must have contracts for play games!!!(So far so good I researched how to renew player contract)

In my try to apply contract consumable the only option I had to PS4 actions menu was make him concept, so I did.

After that everything screw up

The player card changed color and I couldn't reverse it back. I take the decision to send the player back to club

TERRIBLE DISASTER

The player absolutely disappeared from club, even his statistics from top player list.

The strange thing is that even the guys from support could not find the player on any packet Iopened since the begin of my club!!!

It looks like Pele ghost visited me for the Easter days!!!!

The worst thing is that i didn't get to play with my friends.

I don't want to blame the company and the like but after that I lost my enthusiasm for the game and I don't know if I will continue to buy the next ones.

I want to please the two person from support who dealt with my case were amazing.
