Appeals are unfair when the person appealing doesn't know what they're actually appealing. EA's banning and coin wipe system is dog *hit.
I appreciate you and your colleagues on here are not responsible for that and you're only doing what you're instructed by EA to do/say but you would get 20 times less repeated questions on this subject if you had a better and fairer system in place.
The individual who is punished can't call customer service, they won't call them, you can't even e-mail TOS (probably because I have my suspicions that nobody actually reviews appeals).
I was wrongly accused of coin distribution, that's defamatory, so here's an accusation back; EA are frauds and thieves. Luckily credit card companies will chargeback purchases if you show them how bad EA are. That won't be difficult!!!!
