Verification email not coming

Why is it so hard to a send verification code via email just doesn't come at all , and then to get help your live chat is down and not working heaps poor from you guys spent about a week changing the email back and forth with emails from a support team and now I still can't play fifa because the verification code to go online wont send to the email.
