Trace Report programs

Please bear with me.
the UO utility is for PC. I do not have a PC.
the help article on EA says I can download any trace utility and send info if I can’t do UO.
so I’ve downloaded a trace report and ping report program. I’ve attached these reports but you’re saying you need the full report.
I don’t get it.
I downloaded a new utility app to run pings and trace reports.
I ran a trace report and it looks exactly like my other trace report. And it only takes 15 hops to get to EA. I’ve tried to adjust the max number of hops to 100. It still just does 15 hops.
what now please?
