FIFA 20 RANDOM BAN

Yo,

Did anyone have any success in talking with EA's support? I am a casual player and from time to time I play some ultimate team(Basically div 10). Much to my surprise I got randomly banned with no explication whatsoever. Even after sending two support requests I got the same robotic answer, slightly edit every time. Is it too much to ask for what reason I got banned and for proof of such a case? Is it too much to expect a human answer?
