I keep getting this message while i open pack ,do sbc or editing my squad some time i get it after the game and it kick me out from fut or returned to fut main menu

@EA_Aljo I did the following steps and it didn't help
1 power cycle the router
2 rebuild database of ps4
3 restoring license
4 deleting my squad
5- removing every thing in my profile
Note : i am struggling with this problem for two months

Hi there, @valfranses.
I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
