Remove PSN Persona from EA Account
I have two PSN personas linked to my EA account. I don't use one of them but unfortunately I can't delete it on my own nor select my main one as default. For example, every time I log into the FUT app, the incorrect/unused personal loads and I have to manually switch personas every time. Is there anything I can do?
Also, I can't talk to a live chat agent as it says "Sorry, No Channels are Available"

I can't contact anyone via Live Chat as this is what I received which is what I typed in my original question - Sorry, No Channels are Available.
That is why I resorted to Answers HQ
