Falsely transfer banned

Hi, I have been transfer banned for coin transferring and I only trade/snipe, the only reason I can think of is while bidding I accidentally click on buy now... I have tried contacting ea via support but I always get a bot reply. Please help this is ruining fifa for me I can’t continue playing fifa like this.
