Hey, sorry to see that you are having issues @BurboBoys.

In a situation such as this, the first thing to do is ensure that your console and game are fully up to date.

If that makes no difference then clearing the cache and powercycling your console is next.

You can do this easily enough by following the steps below:

1. Press and hold the power button on the front of the Xbox until it turns off completely.
2. Unplug the power cable from your console and then press and hold the power button on the Xbox a number of times to clear the cache.
3. Plug your power cable back in and turn your Xbox back on.

Hi Darko

Unfortunately none of these initial suggestions from you worked. Now the game (FIFA 20) is not allowing connection tot he EA servers and even when playing "off-line" it is still freezing mid-game and once froze the game shuts down and returns to the main Xbox menu.

My children are now happily laying FIFA 19 which is performing perfectly without issue. 

Why can they play FIFA 19 without problem but FIFA 20 is causing so many issues?? They really want to play FIFA 20 - is it possible for me to uninstall FIFA 20 and then re-install it we have the disc) 0 is that likely to make a difference??

Please help
